Service or Repair

When you send your product to us, we’ll verify that it's eligible for the service you requested. If your product is eligible, we’ll either repair or replace it with a product that is new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. If your product is eligible for a different service than the one you requested, we’ll contact you with more information.

Battery Service

Batteries are consumable parts that sometimes fail because of a defect or because they wear out through normal use. If your product fails because of a defect in the battery and it’s still covered by the TIGIT One Year Limited Warranty, we’ll either repair your product or replace it. If your product has been damaged accidentally or needs other repairs, you may need to pay an additional fee for service. 

How Long Will It Take?

Service through TIGIT takes approximately 7 – 10 business days from when you send us your product.

What Does Repair Service Cost?

TIGIT service fees depend on your product and coverage under warranty:

  • There’s no charge if the repair is for a defect covered under the TIGIT One Year Limited Warranty.
  • Out-of-warranty service, including repair service for accidental damage, may be available for your product as described below.

In certain rare cases, if TIGIT examines your product and determines that it doesn’t require service, we may charge you a diagnostic fee.

Out-Of-Warranty Service

If your product was damaged or your repair isn’t covered by TIGIT One Year Limited Warranty, it may be eligible for out-of-warranty service. Some damages aren't eligible at all, for example, if your device broke into multiple pieces. TIGIT reserves the right to determine whether your product is eligible.

Battery Service

If your product requires service because the battery won’t hold a charge and it’s no longer covered by TIGIT One Year Limited Warranty, we’ll replace your product for a service fee as follows:

TIGIT One Year Limited Warranty

Your TIGIT hardware product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with TIGIT`s user manual that came with your charger purchase. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to TIGIT.  If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, TIGIT, at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

In no event shall TIGIT be liable for (a) loss or damage, which as of the product’s purchase cannot be regarded as being caused by TIGIT’s breach of these warranty terms; or (b) losses caused by the user’s fault, loss of data or loss of profits or benefits.
